I believe many use "servant leadership" as a set of buzz words to help convey a popular attitude, but Mrs. Kastrounis sincerely and effectively promotes this attitude. She believes more in an environment governed by autonomy and self-reflection instead of dictating rules, she's exemplary at questioning learners and staff in order to have them realize their own potential, and, above all, she always puts the needs of others above her own. Chantel has led technology initiatives and assisted with the purchase of many electronic devices to support and enhance the learning environment at Cottonwood.
